New signatures are delivered weekly, providing the ability to scan for the latest threats. Extremely accurate scanning eliminates the resource drain associated with chasing false positives, false negatives and host crashes.

Dell SecureWorks' Vulnerability Management service includes a highly automated, integrated remediation and trouble-ticketing workflow system. The system generates tickets based on your policy rules and tracks each vulnerability until it is fixed and confirmed. Each remediation ticket is assigned a unique number and includes: general information, vulnerability details, remediation history and actions. Successive scans verify that vulnerabilities are fixed and then automatically close the ticket(s). QualysGuard also provides an array of remediation reports providing security managers with a current snapshot of remediation status and progress.

As part of our Vulnerability Management service, your organization will receive unlimited and unmetered guidance and support from our team of certified Security Analysts in our Security Operations Centers (SOCs). Our Security Analysts are required to hold the SANS GIAC GCIA certification and bring many years of security experience helping thousands of customers worldwide address their complex issues.  Within our SOCs, our Security Analysts work closely together in a true, knowledge-sharing team environment, enabling faster and more accurate resolution of security issues.
