Description
Responsible for the accurate preparation and application principles of US GAAP  to analyze, prepare financial data and reports 
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, documenting daily transactions of the organization   
Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital as well as prepares balance sheet, income statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
Reviews contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.

The Manager of Budgeting and Financial Analysis reports to the VP Finance and is responsible for planning, coordinating, presenting, implementing, and internal reporting on the Company’s annual budget and 12 to 18 month rolling forecast. Specific responsibilities include:

• Facilitate the annual budget and budget modification process, including preparing meeting agenda and timelines, leading budget kick-off and planning meetings, developing company wide assumptions and working with functional managers to ensure that milestones are met timely and efficiently.
• Oversee the creation, dissemination, and implementation of budget related policies and procedures that will ensure consistency and assure management of the integrity of the budget.
• Create and maintain a twelve month rolling forecast for the Company including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.  This will require working the each functional area executive.
• Maintain and enhance the Company’s use of the budgeting and forecast tool FRX Forecaster.
• Supervise a Financial Analyst.
• Oversee the timely generation and distribution to executive and departmental management of reports and analysis of actual versus budget and actual versus forecast.
• Prepare a monthly “Board Book” and distribute to the CEO and CFO
• Prepare on a quarterly basis financial analysis and presentations for the Board of Directors.
• Conduct regular analysis of revenue and expense trends to determine if modification of original assumptions is warranted or if issues exist that require the attention of executive management.

Job Requirements

The ideal Manager of Budgeting and Financial Analysis will meet the following requirements:

Job Summary:

The Channel Account Manager (based in Atlanta, GA) will work for the Director of Channel Operations to recruit and manage  Channel Partners on behalf of SecureWorks with channel revenue (current orders) being the ultimate metric of job performance.

• Be responsible for day to day execution related to partner business and address and/or support administrative issues on an “as needed” basis.  These include partner contracts, client contracts, partner commissions and partner reporting.

The role of Help Desk Support will be responsible for monitoring and working incoming support request tickets as required by the Technical Operations group. 

Responsibilities include managing the incoming support ticketing queue and completing tickets for some types of requests.  This individual will be responsible for ownership of various technical requests and communicating the status of those tickets to the requestor.  Also, the position would be responsible for performing some systems maintenance and other technical duties in the processing of tickets.

Key Responsibilities

The NIDS Analyst position is on the front line of internet security. Analysts use security event managers and security information monitors to provide round the clock intrusion detection for our client's networks. Analysts interact with network intrusion detection devices via proprietary and commercial consoles, both local and remote. This position requires good knowledge of NIDS platforms, as well as exploits and vulnerabilities. Cisco Security Agent experience is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under general supervision on real time internet and network security events. Position Description

Security Device Management Engineers are responsible for configuring and administering firewall and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) for SecureWorks clients. Firewall administration duties include rule base changes, software updates and troubleshooting issues on industry leading firewall technologies including Checkpoint, Cisco and Netscreen/Juniper. IDS duties include applying signature and software updates and performing device configuration on Snort, SourceFire Cisco and ISS systems. Device Management Engineers will also be expected to provide SecureWorks clients with security architecture recommendations and assist with planning and implementation of long term projects. SecureWorks is currently seeking several Business Development Managers who will focus on acquiring new clients primarily through direct selling. The BDM will sell Managed Security and Consulting services to large enterprises with a focus on financial services, utility, manufacturing, state & local government and retail sectors located in their designated territory. The client point of contact will vary from CIO, CISO, CSO, and Director of Security to Security Engineer. Successful candidates will call on these potential client contacts directly, attend tradeshows and security conferences, as well as respond to incoming inquiries. Business Development Managers will be teamed with a sales engineer and inside sales person and report to the VP of Sales.
