              SecureWorks Hires Former Oracle Executive Eddie Chance to Drive ChannelGrowth in EMEA

              Appointment highlights security service providers further commitment to the EMEA market

              London, UK December 1, 2010 SecureWorks Inc., a leading global provider of information security services protecting 2,900 clients worldwide, announces the appointment of former Oracle executive Eddie Chance as Director, Partner and Sales Operations based in the UK. Chance will be instrumental in driving further channel growth and developing SecureWorks engagement with strategic partners across the public and private sectors in EMEA.

              Chance has 25 years of experience in sales and business management within the IT industry. He joins SecureWorks from Chance Associates, where he served as founder and director of the management consulting business, which specialized in effective sales-team development. Previously, he held a range of sales, technical and executive roles within Oracle, where he was most recently Area Vice President and Country Manager of Oracle Scotland.

              During Eddies term as Area Vice President at Oracle Corporation, he developed partnerships with global businesses that contributed to significant revenues for the company. While CEO of Adventi, Eddie developed partnerships with Apple, Cisco, Microsoft and HP,said Richard Lewis, Vice President, EMEA at SecureWorks. Eddies successful track record as a sales and management executive and his experience in the EMEA region make him the perfect choice to spearhead our channel strategy throughout the EMEA market, continued Lewis.
