Research and advisory firm Gartner Inc. recently released the Magic Quadrant for MSSPs, North America, 2H08. The Magic Quadrant breaks up the market into Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries and Niche Providers based on Gartner’s assessment of each vendors “Ability to Execute” and “Vision.” The Magic Quadrant positions are determined both by Gartner’s ongoing communication with enterprise clients and vendors and by an extensive evaluation process including a lengthy survey, client interviews, analysts visits and market quantification.
