SecureWorks Broadens Expert Security Analysis and Reporting of Emerging Threats with Expanded Threat Intelligence Services

Driven by research from SecureWorks’ Counter Threat UnitSM (CTU), the company’s team of elite security experts, SecureWorks’ enhanced Threat Intelligence service delivers actionable security intelligence tailored to a client’s environment enabling more accurate prioritization of potential security concerns and the knowledge to more effectively contain the threat.

New Options

  • Microsoft Update Analysis – The Microsoft Update Analysis provides an in-depth analysis by the CTU of Microsoft Security Updates within 24 hours of release. The report also includes recommendations for managing vulnerabilities and a summary of related attacks detected across SecureWorks’ client base for the previous month.
  • Emerging Threat Bulletin – Emerging Threat Bulletins provide daily expert analysis, commentary and insight on emerging threats and security issues being investigated by the CTU team.
  • Attacker Database Feed – The Attacker Database Feed provides valuable context to clients’ security teams with daily updates from SecureWorks’ database of attacks gathered across 2,700 clients, 10 billion daily security events and hundreds of thousands of monitored devices.
  • Custom Malware Analysis – Clients can submit malware for in-depth analysis by the CTU and will gain greater insight into the composition, intent and methods used by each piece of malware provided. 
  • Weekly Intelligence Summary – The Weekly Intelligence Report provided by the CTU is a summary of the last seven days of threats, vulnerabilities and advisories. This report also includes aggregate attack data from across the SecureWorks’ client base as it applies to threats and advisories.
