SecureWorks Cited as a Managed Security Services Strong Performer
October 4, 2007. Atlanta, Georgia - SecureWorks, one of the prominent managed security services providers in the market, was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its October 4, 2007, Forrester Wave report, (Managed Security Services Wave, Q42007). In this evaluation, SecureWorks was cited as a strong performer.
Forrester evaluated SecureWorks’ current offering and strategy for managed security services against 56 criteria. SecureWorks was one of ten MSS providers reviewed and Forrester clients can see the full Wave report at: www.forrester.com. The Forrester report named SecureWorks as the “MSSP with the largest market share of customers in North America” and described SecureWorks as “possessing a strong client base and a comprehensive and versatile MSS offering.” Forrester also suggested that those firms needing a “speedy implementation, with a minimum drain on internal resources, should strongly consider SecureWorks.”
The Wave report highlighted SecureWorks’ portal calling it “one of the best MSS portals of all the vendors assessed.” They also highlighted SecureWorks‘ unlimited remote support which SecureWorks provides with all of its MSS offerings.
