These centers integrate seamlessly to provide continuous operations, with all locations staffed and fully functional around the clock, every day of the year. State of the art video conferencing and voice communication technologies, as well as instant communication tools, enable tight collaboration between our certified team of Security Analysts at our SOCs.
Critical information systems are replicated in real-time, ensuring uninterrupted 24x7x365 service delivery uptime under all circumstances. Each of the Dell SecureWorks SOCs are self-sufficient and operate from carrier-grade facilities that have redundant ISP connections, backup power generators and redundant systems to maintain service delivery for all customers.
With five SOCs worldwide, Dell SecureWorks serves customers with localized support personnel. Customers in North America receive expert support from certified security professionals in our three United States SOCs. For multi-national customers that require international support, we can also deliver services from SOCs located in the United Kingdom and Japan.
Our Security Operations Centers are staffed by experienced, well-trained and well-equipped security professionals. We require all of our Security Analysts to hold the SANS GIAC GCIA (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst) certification. This team also holds a variety of security industry and product certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CCSP, CCSE, CCSA, MCSE, etc. All of our Security Analysts also have multiple years of real-world network security experience which they leverage to fully investigate and analyze security activity.
As part of our Managed Security Services, our customers receive unlimited remediation support and consultation from this group of security experts. When an incident is identified, this team will take the necessary steps to mitigate the threat before damage is done, including making configuration changes on managed devices or simply working hand-in-hand with your team until the issue is resolved. Additionally, your organization can leverage this team's unique insight gained from helping thousands of customers to discuss any security issue you may be facing.
Within our SOCs, our Security Analysts work closely together in a true team environment, enabling faster and more accurate detection and response to security incidents. We do not utilize tiered analysis levels within our SOCs, where inexperienced junior technicians serve as the first line of security analysis and response. Instead, all of our Security Analysts are true security experts, ensuring that our customers receive the highest caliber of service to protect their assets.
