Organizational Intelligence Assessment
The Organizational Intelligence Assessment evaluates the critical thinking and methodologies you have in place to mitigate risk to your organization in areas of threat intelligence, vulnerability management and asset valuation.
Policy and Documentation Review
The Policy and Documentation Review evaluates your policies, procedures, and controls documentation against industry standards and Dell SecureWorks best practice recommendations for addressing targeted threats. This review includes evaluation of your existing Computer Security Incident Response Plan (CSIRP).
Technical Capabilities Assessment
The Technical Capabilities Assessment reviews your security architecture implementation, asset management and disposition practices. Reviewing these areas provides a detailed understanding of the current state and resilience of your organization's environment to detect, respond and restore operations from an incident.
Personnel Management
During the Personnel Management review, Dell SecureWorks information security consultants will evaluate methods used to secure your normal and privileged users consistent with a Defense-in-Depth posture. The consultants will also review the overall composition of your security organization - skillsets, experience and training – with the purpose of identifying gaps that would prevent effective detection and incident response.

- Risk Profile Report
The Risk Profile Report will highlight both strengths and weaknesses in your security program, relating to your ability to detect, resist and respond to an advanced threat. You can use this analysis to prioritize resources to close gaps identified by the risk scores.
