SecureWorks Acquires dns Ltd.
SecureWorks has acquired dns Limited, a leading information security services and consulting firm in the United Kingdom, strengthening our leadership position as a global, information security services provider. With the acquisition, SecureWorks adds a Security Operations Center in Edinburgh, a strong team of security analysts and consultants, and a new service area based on dns’s expertise in Identity and Access Management. This acquisition also gives our Counter Threat Unit even greater visibility into threats, based on having data from a more diversified range of clients. We now have more than 2,700 clients, including over ten percent of the Fortune 500, and we are better equipped than ever before to serve multi-national and European-based firms.
