Michael R. Vandiver

Mike Vandiver brings more than 15 years of financial, accounting, merger, operations, legal and risk management experience to SecureWorks. As CFO of SecureWorks, Vandiver has used his experience with public and private companies ranging in revenues from $24 million to $4.5 billion to structure budgets, plan growth strategy and implement financial scalability that has put SecureWorks on the Inc. 500 and Deloitte & Touche Fast 500 lists. Prior to joining SecureWorks, Vandiver held senior executive positions at Digiquant and LHS Group, Inc. Vandiver is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Brown University and a MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
