Steven Drew brings a tremendous amount of security and network operations management expertise to his role as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Drew is responsible for all aspects of service delivery including security operations, engineering, infrastructure and product management to ensure that clients are protected 24x7x365 with superior expertise and client service. Drew joined Dell SecureWorks through the merger with LURHQ in 2006 and has established the people, processes and technology to scale operations to effectively analyze billions of daily security events from across the entire client base. Prior to LURHQ, Drew established a leading telephone provider's network operations center and launched the company's ISP services. Drew holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Winthrop University. |
