Steven Drew

Steven Drew brings a tremendous amount of security and network operations management expertise to his role as the SVP of Client Operations. In this role, Drew is responsible for ensuring SecureWorks' expert analyst team and three Security Operations Centers operate at peak performance 24x7 to deliver superior client service. Drew joined SecureWorks through the merger with LURHQ where he was the company's Chief Operating Officer and responsible for all aspects of service delivery including security operations, development and infrastructure. During this time, Drew implemented the people, processes and technology necessary to scale operations to effectively analyze billions of daily security events from across the client base. Prior to LURHQ, Drew built and operated a leading telephone provider's network operations center and launched the company's ISP services. Drew holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Winthrop University. In addition, he is a SANS GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst.
