Steve Greenberg of Frontier Airlines, who happens to be one of our clients, is featured in a quick Q&A interview over at The Tech Herald where he answers some questions about their security program and why they use Secure Computing’s Secure Firewall and UTM appliances. Steve is Frontier Airlines’ Manager of IT Security and when asked about how they deal with security monitoring, he was kind enough to mention SecureWorks:

“We use SecureWorks, a 24×7x365 MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) for monitoring and incident investigation. So typically we log into their portal every day and get an overview of what is going on. Incidents that are escalated from SecureWorks are investigated on an as-needed basis.”
